Delivery times include only business days so holidays are excluded, both at origin and destination and on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), from 3 to 5 days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
For shipments from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, an additional day must be added to the times.

Frequently asked questions about Shipping Package:
As a general rule, packages are sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment, through GLS, UPS with tracking number and signed delivery. We will provide you with a link so you can track your order online, from the customer account within the order history you can also track your order.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. How much does transportation cost?
If the weight of the order is less than 100Kg, the transport price will appear every time you add a product to the shopping cart. On the contrary, if the weight is greater than 100 kg, we will contact you to indicate the exact amount of shipping. Should I be at home at the time of delivery?
Yes, someone must be at home to receive the packages. If this is not possible, provide us with your professional address or the address of a friend or relative. In these cases do not forget to prevent!
What happens if no one is home when Correos, GLS, UPS delivers?
Do not worry. Correos, GLS and UPS will try to make the delivery again or they will call you on your mobile phone (it is very important to always point the mobile phone on the customer card). In case of failed delivery in all attempts, the package will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund the money paid for the products to the customer but not for the transportation.
Are there any additional transport costs than those shown on the website?
No: the only transport price you must pay appears in the shopping cart of the website.
Will I have to pay something in the delivery of the package?
If you live in the EEC, no. The price indicated in your shopping cart already includes transportation and taxes.
In numerous countries such as Switzerland, Turkey, Israel, Norway, etc. They do not charge any import fees on products from the EEC but, in these cases, you must pay local transport taxes to the carrier. The local Chamber of Commerce can provide you with more information in this regard. You just have to tell them that you want to import computer equipment or appliances according to the product and from the European Economic Community.

¿Deliveries of orders, delays, damage to the package, transit?
